I believe in designing the life you want and working for your happiness every single day. I believe in creating your future and this is precisely why last year I decided it’s time to vision board my dreams and goals. I thought putting it all in front of me and having the visual reminder of what I want from life in 2018 will help me get there faster.
Guys, it worked!!! Looking back at my 2018 vision board now and I can honestly say I created the life I wanted to live that year. In fact, I achieved so much more than I could have imagined. Sure enough, NOT everything happened in the timeframe I hoped for but I believe that’s simply because it wasn’t the right time…
2018 was a year of growth, getting to know myself, starting new friendships, gaining a new family (we got engaged!!! – read more), making our place feel like home, and taking care of my health. #adulting
Since the new year often means reflecting on the past and setting new goals for yourself, today I wanted to share a side by side comparison of my vision board for 2018 (that I designed last April) vs. what actually happened. It’s kinda mind-blowing what we can achieve once we put our mind into it! Take a look yourself.

How was your 2018? Did you get to vision board your goals and dreams? If not, now is a perfect time to do it! In the next few weeks, I plan on getting together with my girlfriends to work on our 2019 mood boards. I can’t wait!
As far as the new year goes, I expect it to be filled mostly with wedding planning and enjoying the newlywed life. Perhaps moving, too? Visiting my home in Poland?! I guess we will have to wait and see. 😉
Happy New Year!
